You guys, we are almost through week seven of quarantine. Week. Seven.
And I am checking in.
How are you holding up? Like really, how are you holding up, my friend?
What three words would you use to describe your mindset?
I ask because I care, I care about you, your heart, your well-being. Take a few moments to ponder these questions, with pen and paper or in the silent moments of your day. And when you do, reach out and share your reflections. In conversation. With a loved one. And ask him or her these questions, too.

Week seven of quarantine brings us Give Local York, a 24-hour day of giving on Friday, May 1, 2020. It's a big deal.
And if you live in York County, or if you love York County and its people, and you are in a position to give to a great cause, please join me in doing so.
This year my family and I have selected seven nonprofit organizations to pay forward a portion of the stimulus money we received. These organizations need our support now more than ever. For their team, their clients, their mission.
